हमें आगे बढ़ना है, हमें कुछ कर दिखाना है, हम में वह ज़ज्बा है हो हर इन्सान में होता है, कुछ कर गुजरने का | हमें अपने बलबूते पर यानी आप सभी के साथ आगे बढ़ना है | हम लगातार बेहतर करने की कोशिष कर रहे है एवं उनमें कई प्रकार की कठिनाइयाँ भी आ रही है | हमारे मेम्बर सारे आपके बेहतर भविष्य के साथ आपका यह मंच भी बेहतर बनाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है एवं मेहनत करते है | पर अभी भी हमारा संघर्ष जारी है | हम कई लेखकों को सामाजिक प्रतिबद्धता के चलते आप के सहयोग से उन्हें सहयोग करते है | यह भावना ही हमें बेहतर बनाने एवं बेहतर मंच प्रदान करने की प्रेरणा है |

नए लेखक हमारे साथ जुड़े है एवं जुड़ते रहे है, कई पत्र-पत्रिकाओं के बीच हमारा काम लगातार बढ़ रहा है | हर रोज हमें चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ता है | पर आपके साथ एवं सहयोग से हम एवं आप आगे बढ़ रहे है | इन चौथे साल में प्रवेश के समय हमने दो विशेषांक निकाले है तो साथ में हमने कई अंकों को विशेषरूप से संभाल के रख सके ऐसा रूप दिया गया है | आप की प्रगति में ही हमारी ख़ुशी है |

फिलहाल दिल्ली से आपके साथ बातचीत होती है, कई बार आप को नेटवर्क की वजह से परेशानी उठानी पड़ती होगी, आपका हर काम एवं हर बात को हम गंभीर रूप से लेते है एवं हर संभव समय में उसे पूरा करने के लिए कोशिश करते है | आपके सम्पर्क एवं बातचीत में नेटवर्क रूपी अवरोध के कारण हम आपसे धैर्य की बिनती करते है | हो सके तो आप मेल भी करें जिससे आपको मेल के माध्यम से सही जानकारी भी मिल जाये एवं आपके अकादेमिक अनुभव एवं भविष्य को बेहतर बना सके |

 वर्तमान परिदृश्य में जहाँ फेलोशिप बंद होती जा रही है वही फ़ीस भी बढ़ रही है | कई संस्थान निजी रूप से संचालित हो रहे है तो कई सरकारी संस्थान बंद करने की बात भी उठ रही है | शिक्षा संस्थाओं का निजीकरण एवं शिक्षा संस्थाओं को बंद करना-करवाना हमें फिर से उस युग में खड़ा कर देगी, जहाँ पर असमानता पग-पग हमें ठेंच पहुंचाती है | हमें देश को बौद्धिक रूप से सशक्त देखना है तो हमें वैज्ञानिक सोच को अपनाना होगा जो संविधान में हम नागरिक की मूल भावना में समाहित है | वैज्ञानिक विचार ही आपके मन एवं विचार को तथ्य को समझने एवं यथार्थ को जानने के लिये दृष्टि देता है |

यहाँ पर कई लोग पैसे से अमीर है, दिल से गरीब, यह वाकया किसी के साथ भी घटित हो सकता है | यही समय है हमें हमारी पहचान को पाने कि, की हम क्यों अमीर को अमीर होते एवं गरीब की ज्यादा गरीब होते हुए देखें | हम एक राष्ट्र की बात करते है पर समानता की जगह समरसता को रखते है, जो सरासर भ्रामक ख़याल एवं यथार्थ से परे है | आज भी हम उन बातों में उलझे है जहाँ पर एक ही बात कौन बोलता है उस पर निर्भर हो जाती है की वह बात गलत है या सही | अमीर, सत्ता से लिप्त एवं सत्ता समर्थक बोल को हमेशा सही माना जाना एवं सत्ता से परे यथार्थ बात रखना सत्ता के विरुद्ध माना जाना हमारे लोकतंत्र पर खतरा है |

अंत में हमारे उच्च शिक्षा में असमानता के चलते जब कोई आत्महत्या होती है, तो हमें यह समझना होगा की न्याय उनके लिए सबसे ज्यादा जरुरी है, अगर उन्हें न्याय नहीं मिलता है तो संभव है जो लोग ऐसी विभेदकारी एवं शोषणकारी प्रवृत्ति में लिप्त है उनका हौशला बढ़ेगा एवं जो न्याय के पक्ष में है उनका संघर्ष और संघर्षमय हो जायेगा | उच्च शिक्षा में ऐसी घटनाएँ हमें हमारे शिक्षा तंत्र पर सवाल खड़ा करती है की आखिर हम रोजगारपरक शिक्षा दे के उन्हें बेरोजगार बना रहे है साथ में उनके विचारों का हनन भी कर रहे है | हमारे बेहतर भविष्य के लिए हमारा साझा प्रयास हमें बेहतर स्थिति में ला सकता है |  

हम प्रतिबद्धता के साथ आपके सहयोग से आगे बढ़ रहे है, हम आप सभी को धन्यवाद करते है | यह अंक आपके सामने रखते हुए, भविष्य में आपके सहयोग की अपेक्षा के साथ....
